My Story
I have argued many times trying to get my husband to just listen to me. It was like I was speaking gibberish that he didn't understand. This was so frustrating. I had to learn to seek God for clarity and direction. I had to learn how to communicate effectively and he had to learn how to listen to me. I have learned many strategies to get my husbands attention in a way that he is able to listen, see me and validate how I feel. I've also walked the path of childhood trauma, adulthood heartbreak, betrayal, and self-doubt. A devastating affair left me feeling gaslit, confused, angry, depressed, lost and bitter, but I refused to let it define me. After 2 marriages, driven by a desire for healing and growth, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. I wanted something solution focused and fast acting. I didn't want to spend years feeling this grief. Unlike therapy which can often focus on the past, coaching changed my life in record breaking time. Through effective, evidence-based strategies, and faith, my wounds were not only healed, but also my life was transformed, in a very short period of time. I experienced firsthand the power of these evidence-based tools to overcome adversity and emerge stronger.

Inspired by my own transformation, I'm passionate about helping others find their way to happiness and fulfillment. I've honed my skills to guide individuals and couples through challenges, empowering them to build stronger, healthier lives and marriages.

By addressing issues like self-esteem, communication, past hurts, past trauma responses, conflict resolution, forgiveness, intimacy, trust, respect and connection, I help individuals and couples overcome obstacles in a holistic manner while at the same time create lasting connections. My own 24-year marriage serves as a testament to the power of love, forgiveness, understanding, and commitment, but still not without challenge. My coaching program and online course allows for one on one support in real time.
